INFORMATION COLLECTED
The diagnostic form collects the audience type you select, any portfolio company or investment context you provide, company or fund name, company stage, technology or portfolio context, current government-growth state, the decision you need to make, your name, and your work email. Kedge also receives information you send directly to info@kedgefederal.com.
HOW KEDGE USES INFORMATION
Kedge uses submitted information to review and respond to an inquiry, determine whether a diagnostic is appropriate, communicate about the inquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain ordinary business records.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
Netlify hosts the site and processes diagnostic-form submissions. A submitted form becomes available to Kedge through Netlify Forms. Kedge may retain the inquiry and related correspondence in its designated business email and ordinary business records.
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Book links can take you to Amazon. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
ANALYTICS AND COOKIES
Kedge has not added site analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, a mailing-list form, or marketing cookies to this site.
RETENTION AND REQUESTS
Kedge retains inquiry records for the time needed to review and respond, manage any resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Email info@kedgefederal.com to request access to or deletion of an inquiry record. Kedge will evaluate the request subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, and business-record obligations.
SUBMISSION STANDARD
Submit only unclassified, non-proprietary information through the website form. Before reviewing CUI, ITAR-controlled or other export-controlled data, proprietary technical material, or security-sensitive information, Kedge will establish an appropriate approved channel. Do not send classified information through the site or ordinary email.
CHANGES TO THIS PAGE
