The site provides public information about Kedge Federal, GTOS, the diagnostic, and Government Traction. Client services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and outcome terms are established only in a signed agreement.
INFORMATIONAL USE
The site provides general information for evaluating Kedge and the ideas presented. It is not legal, contracting, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Public examples, aggregate results, timelines, and operating descriptions do not guarantee an award, contract, government decision, financing event, or other outcome.
ENGAGEMENTS BEGIN UNDER A SIGNED AGREEMENT
A client engagement begins only when Kedge Federal, LLC and the client execute a written agreement. Website content, a form submission, an email exchange, or a diagnostic call does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, legal, lobbying, or procurement-representation relationship.
PERMITTED EVALUATION USE
You may view the public site, link to its pages, and use unmodified downloadable materials internally with cofounders, employees, counsel, or investors to evaluate Kedge or the ideas presented.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Kedge owns or uses under permission the site design, text, marks, downloadable materials, and other content. Reproduction, publication, sale, alteration, or redistribution beyond the permitted evaluation use requires permission or another lawful basis.
DIAGNOSTIC SUBMISSIONS
Keep diagnostic submissions unclassified and non-proprietary. Kedge uses submitted information as described in the Privacy page. A submission does not obligate Kedge to accept an engagement, perform work, or continue evaluating an inquiry.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, submit malicious code, misuse the form, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that infringes another party's rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Netlify hosts the site and processes the diagnostic form. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to Amazon. Kedge does not control those services or their terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.
